He coaches, facilitates communication and trains leaders, individuals, and teams for clients such as Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, Comcast Entertainment Group, Prudential Financial, Best Buy, and Standard Bank. He helps improve performance leading to increased revenues, reduced employee attrition, and enhanced client service.
Marc began his corporate training experience with Xerox. He went on to work as a training manager for a small publishing company. His work as a training consultant for a Long Island Manufacturer prepared account managers and district managers to better serve their clients and potential clients.
With Long Island University’s Continuing Education Program, Marc’s creative curriculum design and facilitation in Building High-Powered Teams, Managing and Resolving Conflict, and Leadership helped participants break through barriers.
Incorporating a background in traditional psychology, NLP, and improvisational comedy, Marc makes behavioral change relatable, practical, and tangible. He creates a strong environment for learning and improvement.
As a director of sales in technology and professional services, Marc built and led sales teams to exceed organizational goals.
Marc has spoken for industry associations such as ASTD, SHRM, and the OD Network. At the ASTD International Conference he presented Captive to Interactive- Transforming Resistant Learners.
