"Would it kill ya' to call me back?"

Joe, the manager, has been a member of this team for a good 15 years. His reputation of keeping his head while those around him are losing theirs, is an invaluable temperament in this time of uncertainty.
Jason joined the organization just 2 years ago, directly from graduate school. This is his first "real" job. He brings a new and contemporary understanding of the business.
Jason loves to communicate with others via email, texting and instant messaging. Joe likes to talk on the phone or in-person, setup a meeting, consider the agenda and discuss the issues at hand. Jason likes to stop by at the spur-of-the-moment.

This is making both of them irritated with the other one. Joe decides to say something (15:15)
